My Noble Greeks is your (fun) introduction to (the secrets of) Greek wine. After familiarising ourselves briefly with basic principles of tasting wine, we taste the 5 flagship indigenous Greek varieties (3 white & 2 red) and name the main wine regions of the country and the unique character of each terror and how it has contributed to the variety in question. We also talk about some food-wine pairing while tantalising/enhancing  our experience by tasting some local artisanal cheese.
